Reporting a problem

Tell us your phone model, operating system, game version and what happened. A screenshot helps, but remove any personal information first. Never send passwords, sign-in codes or payment details.

Can’t sign in?

Use the email address associated with your account and check your spam folder for the code. If Google sign-in is unavailable in your build, use the email-code option. Contact us if the problem continues.

Beta access

Horn OK Bye is currently in beta. Access depends on the active testing programme; a store invitation may be needed. Contact us to ask about availability for your device.

Sound and comfort

Open Settings in the game to change sound, music, haptics and reduced-motion preferences. Sound and haptics are on by default; music is off.
